To be in honest I don't think Ecas means alot... I know there are people who went into process and then got PPR about 2 days later, others have heard before going in process. I have been in Process...

My Ecas finally changed today to say 'in process' since February 3rd. I noticed a few others got their PPR within a few days of this so I am hoping that I here something next week. Good luck...
