They may they may not. Generally they don't. They basically want to be convinced you are qualified for your job either through education or through experience. Wasn't asked for proof of education...

Appointments in canada are generally rare during summer months. From June until August end you'll be very lucky if you can score a spot for e-3 processing. This shouldn't be a news

I would say it's a best measure. Much depends on what happens beyond appproval/rejection. Even after approval people have had to wait upto a week and more due to administrative processing. Atleast...
