I'm talking about the bit where I live. This a sizeable city (approx. 0.25M).

Only one person I know has a GP. If you get sick here, your options are limited.

I'm aware of only one walk-in...

Doctors are a whole other story. This is not a good place to develop an illness or condition.

1) How expensive this place is. The ten pound note appears to be the standard unit of currency for buying anything.
2) Man Lab is way better than anything on North American TV.
