Trade licenses are based on cert III. For overseas trained tradies, your skills assessment gets you a provisional license, valid for 3 years. That allows you to work under supervision whilst you get...

I'm not surprised you are finding it hard - plumbing is a licensed trade and requires a full license. A provisional license is not a cert III and a cert IV will not help with licensing - practical...
