Yes, that was the date of the last BHC meeting, but there was a comment on the FCO website much later asking for anyone receiving DOE summons to contact the BHC.

Any builder asking £30,000 to renew a 5 year lease, when advocates advise that the FEMA act states a foreign national can take property on lease for a period not exceeding 5...
