I have noticed that I seem to post about soup on this thread a lot (especially involving cauliflower).

I do cook and eat other things, but maybe making soup is something I do when I can't find...

I like the first two but gomae sauce? Never had it and didn't know what it was but now I know it is sesame, which sounds nice.

Tonight on the menu - homemade cauliflower and broccoli soup. I have just blitzed it after cooking it last night and letting it cool down.:)
I may add some cheddar to that when we come to eat it...

Thanks for that - I will definitely try this recipe as I have a load of pumpkin in my freezer that could be put to good use.
I don't grow my own sage yet here, though, so maybe I will get a plant...

Is it AAA grade steak?
Not that I know what that means - I have had some awful steak here that is supposedly AAA and some very nice stuff that...

Maple mustard marinated pork steaks for me, with baked potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower.

I have also made some fresh lemon curd this afternoon, so might have a slice of bread with that on after...

That sounds marvellous.
Never had a go at making pasta or gnocchi but if I was going to, that would be my choice.

I have used my own home-grown sage to make the butter for shop made pasta...

Home made cauliflower cheese with smoked bacon, plus a bit of garlic bread to mop up the sauce.
Lovely:)

Aioli - posh word for mayonnaise with a LOT of garlic.
Very yummy indeed to dip chips...
