To do what?
School fees - low and by definition will not cover the full cost. Actual fees probably around 45-50k
Medical - that will be just provided. You won't see cash. Probably some in-country...

Looks about right. Yes, apartments a bit cheaper on the utilities. A villa will probably be less than 170k now (maybe 140k ish).

Look at it this way:

food - 3k a month for a single would cover it.
car - 2k (repaying that loan, that's assuming a 100k car over 4 years. A 50k car would be perfectly acceptable and probably...

From what you have described, I would imagine that you would be comfortably able to send home 15k AED a month.
