As far as I know you will need to install a storage tank (not a septic tank) that needs emptying when it gets full.

A septic tank runs full all the time and overflows into a soakaway or similar...

Have used Ryanair to Bratislava on numerous occasions and rented car through Auto Europe (http://www.auto-europe.co.uk).
