It used to be that if you had a Dorma phone then you automaticaly got answerphone,call divert,3 way call etc etc but were charged about 5€ a month on top of line rental.
If you changed to your own...

That would depend if you had that service on your line. Buzon de voz is not automatically set up and it may have been cancelled before.
If it's their phone ( dorma, whatever it's called) the red...
