No, it's not fraud at all - at least not in Australia. It's done a lot in Australia by foreign contractors. I would be working full-time for the Umbrella company and being sent to third...

Hello everyone, thanks for this great thread.

My situation: Aussie who wants to work in the US for a year.
E3 sounds like the easiest way to go, I have the qualifications, just need to find a job...
