All incorrect, a great big town with a little town vibe, traffic no problems magic roundabout still magic, m4 access on doorstep and beautifull ridgeway and cotswalds within a stones throw. :)

Very True, good time to buy a property in the area, huge regeneration in town there at moment also.

Biggest drop i saw interestingly was Swindon and surrounding villages house prices are lower than 2006 prices.
