I hope so. As much as I dislike Gillard and Labor, I dislike the Greens more. It will be interesting to see what secret deals they have done if, heaven forbid, they manage to get into power.

No. They have enough money as it is. They can allocate some of the money left over from pink batts and school tuck shops to this.
