If we're allowed "series" as well as "movies" in the thread, the single-most weird, novel, and engrossing new series, for me, has to be Severance.

It more-or-less replaces the hole in my heart...

"Tenet"

Big fan of Christopher Nolan. Loved Memento, loved Inception, his other two high-concept "toying with time" movies.

(Didn't love Interstellar nearly as much, but it didn't really...
