My impression has always been that it is not hit and miss in the UK. They seem to have advance information on certain flights or passengers and are very focused in...

I don't know as even before IRIS I don't ever recall having to speak to one beyond saying 'hello'.

It is only participating stores and subject to a minimum purchase at each place. Worked well in London.

If you do this and are flying back from T3, don't queue at the crazy place before check-in...
