that's really frustrating....you can complain to the council
I checked and there is definitely a strategy around safer and resposible licencing and drinking in your area...

Oh Bevs..that sounds like a nightmare.

An idea...the cops are having a big crackdown on irresponsible drinking and irresponsible hosts over Christmas.
I would have a word with them too...maybe...
