Well - help the needy and tax the greedy. Current policies are pro-investor policies and unfair towards average Joe Bloggs (majority of local population).

I meant [no. of investors / no. of those looking to buy a house (but are forced to rent by outrageous house prices)], my guess was this propotion is 1/5 i.e. 80% but it may even be more perhaps 1/7.

Have you seen the size of new estates in outer suburbs like Pakenham, Epping, Cranbourne. Average size is 300 sqm now, with 4 BR houses are to be built on max 450 sqm. Half acre or even 600 sqm plots...

Melbourne is run by China. It started with restaurants and petty businesses like dry cleaning,stitching, then they took over manufacturing of all retail goods and now all new homes goto China....

Is it fair to assume that 90-95% of the house (rent/buy) advertisements are covered by (Domain website AND RealEstate website AND Google maps RealEstate)
