The usual visa for employer sponsorship is the 457 visa. Note that it is illegal for the company to ask the employee to pay for this visa costs. Further this visa would be a lot more than £90 so I...

To be honest the question list you have compiled is a bit moot as this is not a legitimate use of this visa.

The 400 visa is not for work trials, in fact there is no visa designed for a work...
