Well if you have lots of money then sure you might be able to study in Australia. It is just important that you don't think this will provide any real advantage over studying in UK.

I don't know what you mean by level 3 but you need a diploma level qualification to pass a skills assessment for a massage therapist. You would also need one or two years of relevant work...

I think it most unlikely you can take a quick massage course and qualify for skilled migration. I am sure we would have heard about it on BE if it were only as simple as that. :)
