Yay! He is booked, got the Asiana flight that you found for us BC. We bought the miles in two lots, but I think overall it cost around $2,500. Complete bargain.

Oh sorry thought you meant you had decided to buy tickket if business was better. Well United are in star alliance and their business class is fully flat at least to LAX anyway.

It isn't the best business class, but then you haven't paid top dollar for it either. Just the extra leg space for 24 hours makes the deal worth it IMHO. Enjoy!

Blimey, it seems a bit risky this idea. I think I would be scared of spending all that money on miles and then not getting the flights in business class anyway. :blink:
