Webform twice ( a couple of months ago) and lots of calls to the call-centre. They are likely sick of us.

Everyone I am aware of who is waiting now has a date, or has had their ceremony. There has been a flurry of ceremonies in Halifax lately, we havent been on one of them. There are a couple coming up...

I received a reply from my email that goes like this:


Your application is presently at the IRCC office in Halifax Nova Scotia. This office is verifying if you meet the eligibility requirements...

Its just so concerning when our pals who took their test about a month ago are scheduled for their ceremony and we are not... :(

OK, I found it and put in my UCI # and it cannot identify me, so tried it with my application # and still cant identify me. :(

would you please be able to send me a link to the ECAS site? I have never used it. I went online on the Canada Immigration site and went on check my application and it said it cannot as it may be...

Ah yes "complete" is the word thats been used. Its complete, so does that mean you have had your ceremony? To me complete means the whole process is complete, including ceremony.

You can try calling the helpline. The agent can check on the status of your file. You can check the online status too. You can also send a webform enquiry. This is what my Representative did for me...

Hi, we sent our application in, in January. We passed our exams in April. We have heard nothing since. A friend started his process 2 months after us and has a letter now for the 12th October...
