I should have clarified. These are the only facilities in the north of England that are authorised to conduct medicals on behalf of DIAC.

I couldn't find the prices for medicals at either the Cork or Dublin (http://www.materprivate.ie/health-check/visa-medical-centre/) facilities. I couldn't even find a website for the Cork one...
