We had a chinese style braised chicken thing with rice... very tasty. And the bonus is that there is enough leftovers for my lunch today.

Tonight we are having beef tacos - homemade soft wheat tortillas, pan-fried flank steak (marinading as I type). homemade salsa and hot sauce and guacamole...

Homemade pizza (spinach, onion, olives) and garlic bread for us... with a nice salad on the side.

Actually edamame are fresh soy beans... they do look a bit like peas though.

We are having lasagne and a salad... Because I am working this evening, it is one that I made a while back and froze (the lasagne not the salad!). Eldest daughter will put it on the oven to cook...
