The issue here is that and even the pro house collapse peopel are failing to realise is that even if the house prices fall a lot they're still a lot of money for what they are and much more expensive...

Property in the East Coast will hold up. Parts in Perth will drop dramatically but good areas in Perth won't drop much or will still be very expensive for what they are.

Starting to see the Perth drop first hand now some really big drops in certain areas. Reality though still is that you can sell your house in Mandurah and buy a 2 bedroom flat in zone 2 of london
