They don't recline as much as gold class. You are at more of an angle which some find uncomfortable but it is so much better than economy. I get into my seat, have a glass of champers, get my shoes...

From memory their call centre is in Phoenix which i think is about 8 hours behind the UK so when I was calling it was 15-16 hours behind Perth.

If you have skype you can make a call free over that to the US airways 1800 number.

Very much do. BA seem to insist on that horrid salad dressing with everything!

I had my flight back to the UK last week and I was pleasantly surprised by Thai. I'd read reviews on standards of aircraft but both were pretty up to date although the flight into Bangkok from Perth...

I know my reservation is there and I have a booking reference from USA but I will have another look at it. I want to speak to Thai and Singapore about my seat allocation anyway.

Nope and neither has my husband who gifted me the extra 20,000 I need.

Their call centre opens at 7 am which is 7 pm WA time so I will give them a call again. Want it sorted out tonight

Have bought my miles at cost of US$1773.76 which on my UK CC is around 1,100 GBP. Just need to wait for them to show up and give them a call which may be tomorrow as I think they are may be 15 hours...
