I couldn't. I had an incorrect P45, I was overpaid by my last UK employer and it took 7 months to sort out the repayment and the correct TAX/NI figures. I was advised by HMRC to wait until the...

Hello,

New poster here hope someone can help. I moved out to Belgium on a contract in May 2008 (just after the tax year) and have just found out that the contract will end at the end of Jan 2009....
