I agree. I believe you are referring to the pension scandal. Cops are like plumbers some good, some not so good. The taser incident is a completly different kettle of fish however.

Really. Murder. What are you talking about? Don't fall in with the ranks of the rest of the misinformed on the taser incident - if that is what you referring to. Tragic - but not murder.
