He's going for CEC. Applied Dec 2014, and has a permanent teaching position, but it looks like the cap was filled in October. Without getting his credentials assessed he does not receive any points...

Does anyone know whether you must have your degree evaluated to get the points for education, and if so, do you only get points for your highest level of education?

My son applied via CEC route for PR in December 2014. Rumour now has it that the cap has now been filled. He has more than 15 months work experience in Canada, a Bachelor's degree and a permanent...
