Since your Company A have already paid for your LCA which is still valid, you just need a new I-94 and for that you need to re-enter (I guess)..Please let me know as well because I am in the same...

Yes I am happy with my current employer who got me on E3 visa stamped from Melbourne.I dont want to join the other employer who just filled I-129....

Is it possoble to withdraw any I-129 application currently under consideration by USCIS?Can applicant withdraw it how?
