I am inclined to agree. Without the material consideration which is better here other areas of life is indeed more arid.

Must be very hard indeed for many folk. Being debt free and no kids we have a pretty easy life but it wouldn't have been so if was purchasing now at about 400k more to pay.

No one can see the future but in Chinas it looks increasingly unlikely that high growth will continue at such rates with their over inflated economy. Interest rate increase there last week suggests...
