Sorry, in my haste I did imply that, but in fact over 60s get free prescriptions. Can't see that lasting much longer however!

About the other issue, I was talking about "claiming back" expenses...

I think your parents must be in the Italian health system after 13 years of residence? I don't think it's possible that they're claiming the money back from the UK authorities. Anyway, to do that...
