While it's true that a K-1 visa holder is allowed to work the first 90 days in the USA, this doesn't do the OP much good because it takes a year or more to get the K-1 in the first place.

Now that you've given more context, as others have said, the marriage visa (either K-1, K-3 or CR-1) will NOT get you to the USA with the ability to work for the UK company within 1 year. All those...

You cannot work remotely for the UK company while you are in the USA on your O-1 nor as a visitor.
