Here you go. I live in NC myself and would consider these numbers as a fair starting point for monthly costs for a family of four living in a detached house:

I somewhat agree. I could make an argument that with a nice house in the 'burbs and a couple of cars you could spend every penny of the net income on $100k, and have nothing for savings, or...
