I don't disagree with anything you said, which is one reason I am glad to have left the UK and have no plans to return, but the NHS is run by incompetents and has been allowed to become a feeding...

See #969 above. The UK has a peculiar relationship with Ireland and MummyKochi might havd stumbled upon a loophole. :unsure:

Does that actually mean "Ireland", or just Northern Ireland?

Legally, that is incorrect, however anecdotally the NHS has been less than fully effective in billing and collecting fees that are due. Do you feel lucky? Well do you? :unsure:
