I don't disagree with anything you said, which is one reason I am glad to have left the UK and have no plans to return, but the NHS is run by incompetents and has been allowed to become a feeding...

Legally, that is incorrect, however anecdotally the NHS has been less than fully effective in billing and collecting fees that are due. Do you feel lucky? Well do you? :unsure:
