We rented in two different areas before buying in a third and waiting for the GCs. Waiting really helped us to know which areas to avoid, but if you bought a $1M here you couldn't go wrong!

Surely if you loose the job for what ever reason then you loose the L1A too as it's an intra-company transfer?

I came on the L1A and that's what my attorney told me.
