Saw the other day it was 4.000 a week which means 208.000 a year still a lot of people. If this is the case, then there is probably the same amount of people coming into the UK as well to balance out...

Know that a lot of Latin Americans quite often choose to settle in Quebec because of the ease they have in learning French, its much easier for them than English.

Never understand why Americans want to live in the UK or Europe, especially when you have so much more in your own country. Suppose in your case it was family connections.
