I have another question. Is baby still in the hospital? When we went for passports for the kids (US passports) we had to have the children with us.
Are you doing a UK passport or US?

Has the hospital actually sent the paperwork in so that Vital records can issue a birth certificate?
I had to go back to the hospital and down to the basement to the records department and ask for...
