Hi, George,

We are one of 100K victims and haven't located to CO.
Someone said before, if the case is already assigned to CO, then should ask CO to send a bond request letter to applicant.

My application was lodged in 16th Aug. 2007. (Subclass 136 offshore)
after 3 months waiting, i still haven't got any letter from immi.
My agent said she confirmed that my case have not located to...

Is anyone know that any CI victims been located to CO after they re-open CI?
I've heard someone said that if you are not on the critical list, they won't process your case until July.

We've lodged our 136 in Aug 2007. We have not got any letter from CO. Does that mean we haven't been located to a CO?

Btw, Does it matter if my occupation is not in the Critical List?...

I totally agree with you, but I just worry about this issue is too small for a big congressman to rise something in lower house or even say something to media.

I didn't realise any of CI problems until I found this thread.
