Dear all,
I had a PR and was in canada for around 9 months. I have been out of canada for almost 4 years. I also got a returning resident permit but I did not go as I was pursuing my career in USA....

If the law is implemented on June 28,2002 and If I apply now as fresh applicant, Should I still get 80 points to qualify or the pass mark of 80 holds good from June 28,2002?
