Yes we are quite lucky here with our great beaches & so close to the beautiful Fraser Island...& yes we are in need of nursing staff & doctors here so good luck with your move:thumbup:

See you all should have come & seen lil lis at Harcourts...we got some Irish people into a house pretty quick, & we dont keep people waiting for phone calls...we have heaps of rentals at the moment...

Yes 6 months is a normal fixed term agreement, and yes there is a break lease clause, if you break your lease within the fixed term most agents will charge you a break lease fee which is usually 1...

Yes my son plays soccer & they have a number of clubs here, I think sign up is Feb, it will be in our local paper as well, the soccer club where most of the games are held has a really nice...

my daughter downloaded a copy from the hervey bay site website, so that is a good one to look for. I think the website is herveybaysite.com.au

Yeh the one i was talking about is listed as Eli Waters, Hillyard st house is an older brick home right behind a panel beating shop, i actually havent seen the house myself but the one at eli waters...

They centre i think you are talking about near the uni is Condy Park Kindergarten & Pre-School, my son went there & it is known as being a very good kindy although I have heard there is a waiting...

Yes, he works in the "little office" next to the one I am in with the other 2 property managers! He is a very nice person & has the most gorgeous little girl!!!:thumbsup:
