just threaten to contact the RTA like the previous post says - they can get large fines if you report them. You know how much they hate to pay for anything :)

If you take the time to read the law fully it does not only refer to 'the 5% cap' maybe if you could read you would know this...... suspect you work in mc donalds lol??
