I cant believe your agents did not go with the online application since it is their jobs to do their very best to make things swift.
My fiance and i did not use agents. we did paperbased on our own...

would it be ok to email IMMI what the status is? like email my CO? or would this be asking too much? since paper based cant be traced unlike online that has a tracking number.

Cse officers are assigned to handle different cases based on countries, though some cases go to different regions (especially the ones from UK). So it's assigned per region. Within teh region there...

we submitted that before hand. actually we did medicals too on june 2 before teh request for medicals. we just added the FBI police clearance.thanks:)
