I did send G325s as well - I had forgotten I'd done that. I guess I'll have to wait for the good news and that'd be - approved I-130, and a request to submit forms I486 and I765. Thanks so much!...

My husband arrived in the US July 2004. He has a K-3 visa that expires July 2006. From the beginning I never felt at ease about his true intentions and that's why I only processed the work permit...
