When I spoke of un-named attorney(s) i'm talking about a lacking in wanting to discuss, not explaining reasons or telling me such statement "213A(f)(1)(B)"...

I never said im willing to be illegal or not work.

This obviously isnt 100% correct, with there already being someone else who has said someone under the age of 18 already was able to sign the forms, and being emanstipated was the reason for that,...

After speaking with an attorney they recommended that we take the k3 route.

Now my understanding having read somewhere...

Im currently on the phone with my gf and she was indeed told she was emancitpated due to giving birth and can now legally handle contracts, and do her own health insurance etc!!!

Well I guess this would be the route for me then...if its been done before then I dont see why it would be a problem again, if once married you can legally consent to sex etc (which by law is 18)...

Someone did mention that it could be longer than 23 months as they are not going to be completely sure of when you left the u.s? as well as if you did leave on time, unless of course those records...

mothers boyfriend does not claim tax on the two girls..as far as im aware only one person can.

As to the household, it is actually TWO...
