To echo the above I would split it 5 and 5, Seminyak and Ubud, do the beach, party, beach club thing in Seminyak then head off to Ubud to relax, massage, do some hiking and kick back.

I don't think there are 3 ned apartments on AH, 2 beds are about 200-220k and 3 bed villas start nearer 300.

Can't say I know where Amwaj is, if you drive from the Gulf Hotel to the Ramee with Rock Bottoms in it is on the left about 150m before you get to Rockbottoms.

Been over three times this month, not a single problem.

In many ways it was better than pre 'troubles', 20 minutes on the Causeway and the bars didn't seem to be full of pi$$ed up Saudi idiots!!

If you get the choice I would say plum for Riyadh.

I know a few people who work for BAE in Taif and they dont mind it, but personally I would go for Riyadh, if for no other reason than you can fly...

Went to a bike shop in the UK and asked for an bike old box, took the wheels off the bike, boxed it, taped it up and took it to the airport.

Used to use the restaurant, which was pretty good, but as above you need a resident to sign you on now, so dont go as much.

Know a few people who live there and they seem to like it.
