Ya she does, she still gets paid in pounds so when they convert it, her take home is higher than the threshold.

She is a resident, but her husband is a USC, they moved here last year from the UK.

Hiya, So i have finally Tied the Knot with my Mrs. But i noticed that there is an i 864 and an I 864a as well as an i- 134

they kinda confuse me.

I do wanna stay in the states n be with my girllfriend

Well the only way the debt would follow you is most likely if they sell on the debt to an agency based in the usa, but i guess they would then need to assess the cost effectiveness of doing so.
