I have 2 sons the one mentioned above has now gone to manage a pub locally and is standing on his own 2 feet.
Because we would ALL like to live in Florida does not mean I am running after him all...

Hi Suzy, Thanks for the info, but its not really for me.
There is not only me, but my husband and 2 21yr olds as well.
These agencies don't cater for families.
They also only do the J visa which...

They say there is a shortage in Education, but have laid so many US teachers off this year due to cuts in funding that there is now a surplus. Very hard to get...

If you wanted to work in the same area as your masters degree then the H1b visa.
Your parents would be E2 if it is a newbusiness or franchise.
Sounds like you haven't really read up on anything...

Ray's right. You wil need a lawyer to do this.
I used Timothy Spridgeon (just google him), great for me. All finished in 3 weeks.

Yes you will need everything evaluated. I used Joseph Silny (just google him) or you can look at www.NACES.org for a list of other recognised evaluation companies.

No, a prospective employer will not wait that long for you. Once a job is advertised they want you there.
The visa process takes a few weeks as it is once everything is in place.

As long as it is one of the NACES ones I sent you there shouldn't be a problem. I have used the company I sent you details of and this has been accepted for Florida, Texas, Georgia.
