Thanks I did not think so but wanted to double check anyway...I figured if they need to find me they will search through taxes and driving licence ect etc

Yes filling for a full year for 2011...Landed 3rd December 2010 started working 25th January 2011.....

Hey there everyone i landed as a PR on the 3rd December 2010 and this will be my first year filling taxes.....Someone told me that you get a massive amount of tax breaks for your first year etc...

Now with these bank accounts & credit cards people are getting are they secured or unsecured credit cards...
So far it looks like scotia bank and bank of montreal could be the best for newcomers,...

i have had a bank account with RBC but there not very good to newcomers.

After 2.5 years finally a passport request YIPPEE!!!

After a long drown out process, a ADR appeal many police checks, medicals i have finally got a decision for a passport request..
I looks like i will finally get to be with my wife & settle in Canada...

It a division off the appeal board, where it is an informal meeting between..High commission & the appeal board and in this case my wife & our lawyer, where they discuss the reasons for my refusal...

Today i found out that our application for a spousal/partner was refused as i was convicted of DUI back in 1999......
And was refused a pardon cause they say the fine was not paid......

Thanks for the late advise, so back to my main question has anybody delt with the sacking of there lawyer, instead of people telling me what i should have done or not done!!!

We already had sent the correct information and he or his assistant had filled them in wrong, not double checking dates and time scales, he already advised us that there was no need to list the...

It's normal for all of this i had to give 7 years of travel round the world, cities, countries, hostels addresses, camp sites, hotels, places i stayed..
Remember if you stayed in a place more than 6...
