Yup sounds good then thanks for all your help and I'll make sure to obtain a letter from my employer stating when they expect me to return to work.

No No Norah you are right , oh god yea sorry that is what I did meant to say (I-130)!!! hahaha I dont know why I wrote that!!! Too much on my mind everything is getting mixed up in there.:o

Ok this is the idea and maybe the final descion we make:

I Fly to US
We get married
We file then for the K3
then when processed and approved off to the US?

Is that correct?

Our goal is figure out which visa would suite the situation. We would like to live in the United states if possible. So which would be the fastest way the fiance visa or the marriage visa? :confused:

So I live in England, and my fiance lives in the united states. For the past 1 1/2 she has been visiting me often, once she stayed for 6 months and the last time she stayed for two. They stopped her...
