Experience Letter

Hi,

I would like to know that can I use experience letter signed by department manager on company letter head with his contact details for ACS assessment propose.

Actually I am working in a Tax free country.
I just have salary slips and bank statements to submit.

Is it advisable to submit other official letters like promotion and appreciation letters.

We don’t have any formal Pay slips but it’s available on HR system from where I can print it and it can be cross check with the bank statement.

Is it acceptably by CO or they looking for something...
