Well 2 years have almost come and gone and its time to remove conditions on my GC.

I could have applied at the end of Feb but it took me a few weeks to get the pack together and I finally mailed...

My route was very similar. I came to the US (NYC)on a blanket L1 in 06. Married in Oct 08 in Vegas. Filed for GC at the End OF Dec and Greencard approved around 6 months later....theres a timeline...

I'd go with the Truth option too- honesty is always the best policy as they say!

My interview was around the end of April in NYC- We went armed with pictures, phone bills, etc. The usual stuff...

Thanks for chiming in.....when I said it wasnt good enough- i meant they also required the original birth certificate as proof of citizenship.

Passport was fine but they also wanted the original bc.
